Crawfish, Grits and Greens!

An elegant, inexpensive meal? With a little Southern charm? Quick? Easy?

Done.

Crawfish = mini lobsters
Cheese + Grits = dinner side dish
Bacon, Kale and Chick Peas = elevated Greens



Like I said, done!

We bought a small tray of pre-cooked Crawfish and lightly steamed them with old bay and a couple of lemon slices. I sauteed the kale for about 10 minutes in cooked bacon and grease. Prepare the grits according to the package directions and stir in a couple tablespoons of cheese per serving. Voila!
